During my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the vibrant Western Market and only a short walk to beautiful Hong Kong Park, perfect for relaxing strolls amid the city’s hustle. the room was clean and met my needs for a single traveler, with friendly staff always ready to assist.

An unusual odor in the room upon arrival wasn't ideal!!! The air conditioning system seemed to struggle at times, and having a water dispenser instead of a kettle made for a less-than-appetizing drinking experience!!!

I had an amazing stay with stunning harbour views, super comfy beds, and the breakfast was incredibly diverse. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

Our stay in the harbor view room was unforgettable! The view during sunset was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering two complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival. For late-night snacks, don’t count on room service. try the nearby Western restaurant for tasty options. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to the nearby Man Mo Temple, where my kids were fascinated by the incense coils and beautiful architecture. The hotel was clean with friendly staff, and we appreciated the complimentary water every day—definitely a nice touch for our family stay.

Oh man, the dining scene around Ibis is a total win! Sweetheart Chinese is right next door, and the smoked fish at Elephant Grounds blew my mind. Plus, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was a tasty combo of Western and Asian delights! Can't forget the super comfy black-out curtains for a solid sleep!

On the flip side, the room was a tad too compact—no almirah for my clothes, and that suitcase had to chill on the floor. Oh, and the TV channels? Talk about a lack of English options! Also, a heads up, reception is on the 5th floor, and a sign or two could help newcomers find it easily.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff helped with a late departure on my first stay. Highly recommend it when you visit! I'm coming back for a city trip.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room offered a stunning city view and was surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Friendly staff made the transition from a single to a double bed effortless, demonstrating their helpfulness. However, cleanliness was an issue. the bathroom walls were dirty, and towels were old and frayed.
